What items can be returned?
We accept non-personalized items for return, with exclusions as detailed below. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, and must be in their original condition and packaging.
In order to process a return, we'll need you to provide us with the following information: name, email address, telephone number, order number, and the reason for your return.
Our return policy applies to complete orders only. We are unable to accept returns on individual pieces or partial orders.
What items can't be returned?
Items that cannot be returned to AnneMarie Wedding Favors include:
- Monogrammed and personalized items
- Sale items and promotional items
- Cameras
- Accessory items
- Jewelry
- Perishable items (food or beverage, lotion, bath gel, soap, lip balm)
- Gifts with purchases
- Veils
- Tiaras
- Clothing and Shoes

How are returns processed?
Once we receive your return package and inspect the items, we'll email you a confirmation with your credit total. You will be credited for the value of the merchandise, excluding shipping and handling. In the event of a price change prior to your return, we will apply the price that was in effect at the time of your purchase to your return.
Your return credit will be issued through the original form of payment used, within 5 to 7 business days. Please allow sufficient time for your banking institution to process the return credit.
Important note: No credit will be issued for lost return packages or nonreturnable items. Any nonreturnable items that we receive will not be shipped back, and will not be credited to your account.
What if my item(s) are damaged or defective?
At AnneMarie Wedding Favors, we strive to ensure that each item is packaged carefully for shipment. However, we understand that damages may sometimes occur during transit.
If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact us within 3 days of receipt.
In order to send you replacement items, we will need the following information: name, email address, telephone number, order number, the nature of the issue, the exact number of replacements you need, and when they are needed. We also require digital photos of the damaged items.
AnneMarie Wedding Favors will cover the costs of shipping and handling your replacement items.
What if my personalized item(s) are printed incorrectly?
We apply text to personalized items exactly as it is provided on our website when your order is placed. It is important to carefully review your personalized text before you complete your order.
If we've made an error in printing your personalized item(s), please contact us within 3 days of receiving your items.
In order to send you corrected replacement items, we will need the following information: name, email address, telephone number, order number, the nature of the issue, the exact number of revised replacements you need, and when they are needed. We also require copies of the labels or digital photos of the incorrect items.
AnneMarie Wedding Favors will cover the costs of shipping and handling your revised replacement items.
